South Indian Cuisines

                South Indian Cuisines .                 South Indian Cuisines includes the cuisines of five southern states of India - Andra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerela, Tamil Nadu, Telangana. South Indian Cuisines are well known for its lights, low calorie, flavourfull and appetizing dishes. The Wonderful mixing of rice and lentils results in mouth watering Dosas, Idlis, Upmas, Vada, and Uttapams which accompanied by Chutney and Sambar. In south Indian, food is served in banana leaf . South Indians use many different spices than North Indians.  The South Indian food strikes a good balance of simplicity, nutrition,flavor, fragrance and taste. Some of South Indian sweets and desserts are Payasam, Mysore Pak, Boorelu, kozhukkattai, Sweet idle, Maladu, Unni Appam, Rana kesar with Milk and many more.

Punjabi has a Special forms Tandoori cooking that is now famous in other part of India. The local cuisine of Punjab is heavily influenced by its agriculture and farming.                         Gujarati Cuisines .                      Gujarat is known for its delicious food and dancing culture. Gujarat lies on western region of India. Gujarat is a primarily a vegetarian State due to influence of Jain vegetarianism. The typical Gujarati Thali consists of Roti, Dal or Kadhi, Rice and Shaak ( a dish made up with several combination of different vegetables and spices) . Goa is specially know for its Spices and goan fish curry rice. Most of the goan dishes is made by with coconut oil.
