Rajasthani Cuisines was influenced by both the war like lifestyles of its inhabitants and availability of ingredients in this arid regions.In Rajasthani Thali there are varieties of different dishes. Rajasthani Cuisines is also influenced by the Rajputs who are predominantly non vegetarian. Their diet consists of game meats, dishes like laal maas, safed maas, khad khargosh, and jungli maas. The natives of Rajputi  areas have wide variety of Chutneys, made of turmeric,  garlic, mint, and Coriander. Rajasthani Sweets dishes never referred as desserts because unlike desserts which are served after the meals, Rajasthani Sweets are served along with meal or before meal.
Some of Sweets dishes of Rajasthan are Balushahi, Besan Chakki, Churma, Dilkhushaal, Sutar feni, Ghevar, Gujia, Seero ( halwa) and many more. Some of the typical Rajasthani dishes are Panchkuta/ ker sangri, Kabuli veg layered Pulao, Dal Bati Churma, Pittod ki Sabzi, Besan childa sabzi, ker dak sabzi, Gatte matar khichdi and many more.
